A great run and a new hat!

I went out and did 3 miles today. It was such a good run that I actually forgot that I was running. I guess that's what happens when you don't focus on speed or time, but just get out there and run.

I'm on a roll with knitting hats. Here's the butterfly hat in Cascade 220. I did start this as a gift, but I love it so much I think I'm going to keep it!

I think this will be a great hat to wear on those cold mornings at boot camp.

In honor of Uno the beagle making history at Westminster tonight, I'll leave you with a pic of our beagle - Sammy.

Uno won! I grew up with a beagle....I have to admit I was cheering for theaussie Shepherd out of the herding group since I own a herding dog, But I'm thrilled the beagle won!!!

Good run you had today!!!!

I forgot what a great feeling it is to get up early and run!! I've always been a morning runner-until this strike~then I became lazy and started sleeping in!! But not anymore.

Glad you went to Boot Camp-hope it was fun!!! Any runs planned before your race?

I love those kinds of runs. It's the best when you can just forget you're exercising and let your legs do all the work :)Congrats!
I love the hat!
