Happy Friday!

I finished the socks I was doing with yarn from The Plucky Knitter. I decided to go with ankle socks and a simple 3 by 1 ribbing. I love how they turned out and they are oh so comfy.

No boot camp this week so I got in a couple of runs and did some weights on my own. Boot camp starts up again next week.

Good luck to Dawn, Jess, Southbay Girl, Maryland Girl, and Valley Girl who are all running tomorrow in the Country Music Half Marathon. Have fun ladies and RUN RUN RUN!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Those socks DO look comfy. How long does it take you to make them?

Nice socks.

I admire the bootcamp thing. Don't think I could hack it.

I am so intimidated by socks. (knitting them, not just socks in general - random socks do not strike fear into my heart.) they are so awesome, though....I am thinking that after I finish my hats that I'm working on, maybe socks would be a good summer project.

Those are cute, and perfect for sliding around on wood floors!

What a perfectly turned heel your socks have! Glad they were fun to knit. You've almost got me convinced to be a sock knitter. (Are you a DPN gal? Or magic loop?) You're so good at balancing fitness and fiber! If I get chronic on one, I lose sight of the other. (My quilting right now? Non-existent!) Enjoy the "break" from boot camp.

I keep saying that I'm gonna do a boot camp, but I haven't signed up for anything as of yet. Maybe I just need my beauty sleep too much! :)

Do you wear those socks just around or do you exercise in them? They are cute and you are so fast. It would take me 2 years to get half of one done.
